Knowing that nursing bras must be washed after each use and sometimes even sanitized, I'm very surprised that La Leche would produce a product that must be hand washed and line dried. It is a very comfortable bra and the adjustable snaps work well, the drop down cups are hard to unhook with one hand, and take some getting used to, I have other bras that are easier to use.
