My midwife recommended this cream to me when lanolin just wasn't cutting it. I can't speak highly enough of it. Every time I used it, it felt like I *almost* got to start over, and in those early days of nursing, that is a beautiful thing. Now I use it after every shower, and on my eczema-prone hands too. This product is worth every penny!
