By using this bracelet, you will discover your baby's natural routine for eating, burping, diaper changes, sleeping, playing and the need for love and attention. When your baby starts to fuss or cry, you will be able to quickly refer to the time on the bracelet then assess and address your baby's needs, thus, reducing stress for you and your baby.

To monitor feedings:
To track when you last fed your baby, position the heart shaped slider on the number or dot that represents the time you last fed him or her. Each dot indicates a quarter hour.

An added bonus for breast feeding mothers: simply place the bracelet on the wrist that corresponds to the breast that you finished nursing. For your next feeding, refer to the bracelet to know which breast to offer your baby first, start nursing there, then switch breasts and place the bracelet on the other wrist.

For nap schedules:

When your baby has been awake for a couple hours and gets fussy, you can refer to your bracelet and know he or she must be tired and ready for a nap.

To remember medication:
When you give your child their medication, adjust the heart slider around the bracelet, leaving it on the current time. This will help you remember when they last took their medication.

This is a great concept. I have one and if you are a very busy or forgetful person, this works wonders. The only thing it should have is a L = left and a R = RIght to remind us Breastfeeding mommas which was the last beast given to the baby.

I couldn't find the one with "Left or & Right" so I bought this one. I don't need to keep track of the time but I improvised and move the arrow to an odd number if left was last feed or even number if right was last feed. Holding up very well so far!
