Medium fits 32 D, 34 D - DD, 36 B - C, 38 B
Large fits 36 D - DD, 38 C - D; 40 B - C
Extra large fits 38 DD, 40 D - DD, 42 B - C

Sizing Information
During pregnancy, most women will increase one full size or more in both the cup and the rib band (i.e. from a 36C to a 38D).

Between 48 and 72 hours after birth, your breasts will increase at least one full cup size or more (i.e. from a D to a full DD or more), while your rib cage will gradually start shrinking back to your pre-pregnancy size (i.e. from a 38 to a 36).

Choose your rib band size first, then select your cup size next.

I would have to say that this bra runs small. Nursing a 2 y.o., I fluctuated between a 34A and 34B and the size Small is pretty snug. Now that I am 5 mo. pregnant with number 3, it is too tight. I got a size Medium which I think will be comfortable through the rest of this pregnancy and after birth.

I also like that it is cotton/spandex, which makes it comfortable for hot, summer days.

I would definitely buy another!
