This is the cutest flirtiest little nightgown. It made my day during the my butt has gotten big but no tummy yet part of pregnancy. My son told me that I look like a Mommy mommy I am guessing he meant feminine.

This gown is very cute but the built in bra is only in the front, it does not extend to the back. Therefore it does not provide the necessary support. I would rather get "Lace all over" version - much better support!

Was VERY large in the bust area, even though I ordered a small... I'm normally a 34B bra size, but did not have a large enough bosom to hold the "cups" in place. Not comfy for small chests...

I love the way this fits, but was suprised when I received it that the pink dots are hot pink not a soft pretty pink. You can not tell this in the picture.

This chemise is very soft and comfortable. I am size XS with 34 or 36B and ordered an XS, it feels true to size. I started wearing it while in the postpartum room, nursing my new baby night and day. I got many compliments about this gown from the nurses and the lactation consultant. The other reviews are right that the bra band does not go all the way to the back, but it does not bother me because I don't want to have a tight full size band at night. The cups hold nursing pads somewhat, though not as secure as with a sleeping nursing bra. I am very happy with it. I wish they still have XS so I can buy the pink dot as well (I have the blue dot, which is light blue).
