I ordered a size 4, and wear about a 38D. First of all, the cups on this bra are too stretchy to adequately support large breasts (and mine aren't even THAT big). This might be okay for A,B, and C cups, but not larger. Secondly, this cami rolls up my midsection like a window shade! VERY frustrating. I only wear this cami to sleep in, as it is way too jiggly to wear in public and because it doesn't stay down. Perhaps if the body were made of not-so-stretchy material that would be better. It's fairly comfy, but the edges of the straps dig into my shoulders slightly. Not bad, but far from perfect. Keep looking and pass on this one.
