Package contains two soft, flexible cone-shaped thermal gel pads. For cold therapy, place gels in refrigerator for approximately one hour prior to use. For warm therapy, place in a bowl of warm water for 5-7 minutes and dry prior to use. Do not microwave. Follow full instructions inside package. This product cannot be returned once purchased.
